Open Heart, Clear Boundaries: Learning to Love Deeply Without Losing Yourself
Hello Dear AFIYA readers!
I have something special for you.
But first, allow me to set the scene:
Meet Stefani.
Stefani has just gotten off the phone with her on-and-off boyfriend.
She sits on the edge of her bed, phone still in her hand, staring at the screen.
Once again, she asked for commitment.
And once again, he avoided giving her a straight answer.
She’s been here countless times before.
She recognizes the ache that has just pierced her heart.
She sighs as she picks up the pieces of her shattered heart.
She reaches into the drawer of her soul and pulls out needle and thread.
“Here we go again,” she says, as she begins to stitch her heart back together.

I imagine many of us have experienced a similar type of situation. We give our hearts to someone we deeply love; our hearts aren’t tended to properly; and we undergo the grueling process of putting ourselves back together.
Earlier this year, I wrote myself a book so that I could properly tend to my own heart. I wanted something I could return to; a guide to help me live by heart-centered principles while simultaneously caring for my soul.
From there, my ebook, I Sit at the Center of My Constellation: A Handbook for Heart-Centered Humans, came to be.
I placed the book in my e-store, and surprisingly, the book has been purchased by a number of readers!
I have received such amazing feedback. It seems a lot of us are trying to learn how to live from our hearts while carrying the weight of everything happening in our personal lives and in the world around us.
I Sit at the Center of My Constellation: A Handbook for Heart-Centered Humans contains ten principles to support individuals who deeply live and love from their hearts. Each principle is accompanied by an affirmation mantra that can be spoken throughout the day.
And for my lovely AFIYA readers, I’ve decided to throw in a bonus!
Accompanying the book is a complimentary heart-centered meditation that you can listen to when you’re feeling extremely overwhelmed. This column is all about promoting your health and wellness, and I’m so delighted to gift this to you.
If you’re interested in purchasing a copy of the book, it can be found here:

I have a goal of selling 101 books by my birthday, 10/1, and would love for you to be one of my heart-centered purchasers!
Until next time,
