Green Monster Smoothie Recipe

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Almond Milk, plain or unsweetened vanilla

½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1 Ripe, frozen banana

2-4 cups raw, organic spinach

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place all ingredients into the blender.

2. Blend ingredients & liquefy

3. Serve

~TIPS~

  • Make sure you freeze your banana (and all fruit) prior to blending. There is nothing worse than a lukewarm green smoothie.

  • Peel your bananas before freezing to save your time and energy.

  • Serve smoothie in a big cup or 1 quart mason jar.

  • It’s better to drink it all at once because the taste changes subtly after it has sat in the fridge.
