Ingredients
1 squash
1/4-1/2c mushrooms
1/4-1/2c green peppers
1/4-1/2c red onion
1/4c red peppers
2-3 garlic cloves
1/4-1/2 c cherry tomatoes
Pinch of Mrs. Dash
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1-2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Begin by pre-heating the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cut up the spaghetti squash in half and spoon out seeds.
3. Season the spaghetti squash with Mrs. Dash, cayenne pepper and olive oil. You can also feel free to choose your desired seasoning blend.
4. Place the seasoned spaghetti squash on a non-stick baking pan face down, and cook for 25-30 minutes.
5. Remove it from the oven and let it cool.
6. Prep your mushrooms, green peppers, and garlic cloves, and sit them off to the side.
7. Sautee the veggies with olive oil until they are tender.
8. Fork out the spaghetti squash and top it with the sauteed veggies.
9. Make a circle of love with cherry tomatoes.
