Sometimes a quick workout is all we need to burn off calories and feel re-energized. This 20 minute routine is great for those looking to add something new to their morning cardio, squeeze in a quick workout during the lunch break or in the midst of a hectic schedule.
Requiring very little equipment, this workout is comprised of six exercises broken into two groups of three. Each group is performed three times before moving on to the next with one minute of jumping rope in between. Check out the order and description of these exercises on the following pages, and feel free to modify the moves as needed.
